Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. Assigns work to employees to ensure guestrooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operational and service standards prescribed by White Lodging Hospitality.
High school diploma or GED required Bachelor degree with emphasis in Hospitality preferred Excellent attention to detail Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members and department managers Must possess a strong team spirit Prior customer service experience is required Strong Computer/PC skills Microsoft/Excel experience a plus Commitment to exceptional guest service A positive attitude Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel Ability to work overnight shift 10PM to 8AM Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends Strong math skills and basic accounting skills
