Steps Taken By Trivedi Hospitality To Prepare For COVID-19

We are proactive against COVID-19. Your safety and comfort is the most important thing to each of our associates. Trivedi Hospitality follows all the standard precautionary measures released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to prevent against COVID-19. Our team ensures safe hospitality for our esteemed guests.

Preventive Measures Taken By Trivedi Hospitality

Trivedi hospitality has put all their efforts into taking proper precautionary steps against COVID-19. Some of the safety measures are as follows.

Disinfection Of Frequently Touched Items

  • We clean and disinfect using proven disinfectants on all the objects which people repeatedly touch in our hotels, including the front desk, door handles, locks, remotes, and phones, etc.
  • We have thoroughly disinfected our buildings and their all physical essentials.
  • We have arranged specialized equipment to further adequate disinfection of the building’s public places and guest rooms.
  • We sanitize public areas of our building several times a day, and guest rooms after every departure.

A Limited Number of Services

The State of Illinois has regulated the rule to limit the number of contacts in public. We have cooperated with the State of Illinois by offering a limited breakfast.

Precautionary Measures For Guests

COVID- 19 has a global effect, and we can avoid it by mass efforts. Our organization has pursued all CDC preventive measures and asked the guests to follow these preventive measures to protect themselves against COVID- 19.

  1. Ensuring Mask-Wearing By Staff And Guests

    We have ensured that everyone is wearing a mask. If a guest does not have a face cover, then we provide the mask at cost. Guests staying in the hotel have to wear a face mask, especially when in public places.

  2. Maintain Social Distance

    Guests staying in the hotel have to maintain a distance of 6 feet when they are in a public place and avoid frequent contacts in public to protect themselves and their surroundings.

  3. Hands Sanitization
    • Guests must wash their hands for 20 seconds or use a sanitizer provided, before interacting with the staff, and after contact with frequently touched surfaces.
    • We have posted the steps for proper handwashing in every bathroom.
    • Each elevator bank, front desk, fitness center, and various public areas are equipped with hand sanitizer

Reminder To The Guests To Stay At Home If They Are Sick

If you have a fever or any COVID-19 related symptoms described by the CDC, please postpone your stay. We will waive all your payments.
